Metalink support

New versions support Metalink for sending Mirror and checksum information to supported Download Managers for faster verified downloads.

Supported download managers

If a download manager is not in the list^[1] below, but it supports command line parameters, you can Add it, providing its executable path and an arguments template. An example is wget.
